How will the reset help me?

We don't take time to get to know our symptoms. This reset will slow you down enough to assess your imbalances and learn the road blocks to hormone recovery, the causes that wreak havoc on your hormones.

How long will I have access to Reset?

You will have 14 days' access to the recordings of the Live training. Plenty of time to catch up and binge watch.

Is there a Facebook Support Group?

Yes, we will have a private group to celebrate our wins and a chance to love up other women who have the same struggles.

How often will we meet?

We will meet every day at 1:00 pm Pacific Time for about an hour. On our 7th day we will have a wrap-up party!

Is it a safe community?

Yes, yes yes. In R&R we put so much value on confidentiality and the utmost respect for other women in our community. We are serious about this and we make agreements with all participants to honor this GOLDEN RULE before we begin our journey together.

We hope that we never get to this point. But if you really feel dissatisfied, we don't want to give you more stress, we will issue a refund when you notify us by the third day of the training.
